Check out https://www.allspeed.com/ In the short term, elevation snow showers and valley rain showers are possible along the Quebec border region, with isolated to scattered rain showers over eastern areas through early evening. Breezy conditions will be the thing for the state through Thursday. Friday sees the wind direction shift to the south/southwest, which brings warmer air into the region for areas away from the shorelines. The graphic covers all of the bases through the Easter weekend. While showers are in the forecast, Saturday won't be a washout, and southern areas have the best chance to reach 70° for the first time since November 6th. In typical spring fashion, temperature gradients may differ by 15-20° between the north and south, with the cold air lurking in the north as ridging isn't strong enough to muscle it out. A drier and warmer trend is going into next week, with a cool down heading into the following weekend. Are we done with winter? For the south and east, it's over. For the north and mountains, it's getting close. Current observations and more details are on The WallThank you for your support of PTW!Always have MULTIPLE ways to receive weather alerts.
