Due to passing of a family member, I need to take a break from updates

Family first for now

Picture
While I was finishing up the post Thursday afternoon, I received word that my father-in-law passed away. Those of you who have been long time followers of my weather reports know how difficult it has been for my family since November, 2016. We've had to endure the tragic losses of my wife's sister and brother, along with her aunt, and now her father.

Life is gift. We don't know how long we will have it. In the meantime, it's important to live each day as if it is your last one. Respecting others. Forgiving those that have wronged you. Learning a spiritual way to cope and to guide through life, so that the joys can have that much more of a special meaning, and the difficulties can be handled without turbulence. Love and encourage each other.

As difficult it is for me to step away, I need to take a break for now and focus on my family. I will resume posting here on regular basis once things settle down. I may do a Facebook post or tweet once in awhile until I can get back into the rhythm of this.

Thank you for your understanding, and as always, thank you for your support.

Be blessed.

- Mike
