Restoration will have some hardship with the steady rain around, especially for the mountains and north today. For the south and east, showers from a warm front appear scattered and may slow the recovery progress down a bit. There will be a bit of a south/southeast breeze associated with this front, with gusts in the 20 mph range, more noticeable in the mountains and north during the day, and along the shorelines this afternoon. Rain takes a bit of a break this evening but will return as a cold front approaches from the west Friday morning. On the backside of the front, the breeze kicks back up from the west/northwest that will last into Saturday morning. Another similar set up is expected Sunday into Monday. More details on that later on. - Mike |
