Warm and sunny on FridayFriday is looking like a beautiful start to the weekend! Temperatures will linger around 80 degrees with mostly sunny skies. Some high clouds may build in during the afternoon, but nothing substantial. It will be relatively humid in southern portions of the state, with dew points in the low to mid 60s. Northern regions will be drier with dew points in the mid 50s. Overnight, temperatures will fall to around 60 with fog likely along the coast. Otherwise, partly cloudy skies are expected. High pressure builds in for SaturdayWarm air will move into the region on Saturday, bringing temperatures up into the 80s throughout the state. Dew points won't vary much from Friday, still remaining in the mid 60s south and mid 50s north. Overnight, a front will dip south into northern regions of the state, bringing some showers into that area. Rainy pattern for the week aheadA very slow moving front will dip south and reach the state Monday morning. It will bring a few showers throughout the day Sunday with the chance for some thunderstorms in the afternoon.
