Storm to have impacts across the northeastFor those driving south, expect slow travel over the next couple of days. Airline travel impacts with delays and cancellations have been reported in association with this system. No real changes on timing here. A few flakes around this afternoon into early evening for southern and western areas. Snow overspreads the state tonight. Snow ends over southwestern areas by mid morning, the rest of the state in the afternoon. Snow showers continue for higher elevations into Friday morning. A general 3-6" storm statewideA slight revision here based on overnight trends and observations. The morning commute will be a mess for most areas. Travel should improve as the day progresses as snow tapers off. Outlook through MondayBarring any drastic changes to the short term forecast, any updates will be posted on Twitter and/or Facebook.
